Return / Special Order Policy
Special orders
Most tires are ordered on demand from our distribution partners for your specific size. These are special orders and may require full payment or a deposit before the order is placed.
Cancellations
You can cancel at no cost before the order is placed with the distributor. Once the order is placed, a restocking fee may apply, and some special orders may not be cancellable.
Returns
Unmounted tires in new, unused condition may be returned or exchanged where our distributor accepts the return. Tires that have been mounted or driven on cannot be returned.
Defects and warranty
If a tire has a manufacturing defect, contact us and we will help submit a claim under the manufacturer's warranty.
